2. Scope of Services

We specialize in handling VAT and Tax Free refund requests on behalf of customers. Our offerings fall into three categories:

• Service Packages: Assistance with submitting documents and liaising with local authorities for VAT and Tax Free refunds.
• Digital Guides: Info products such as e-booklets, templates, and video tutorials covering refund procedures.
• Physical Kits: Merchandise or mailing kits needed to collect receipts or customs stamps.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals who comply with relevant local regulations. Digital Guides and Physical Kits are available to all users aged 18 or above.

4. Service Packages

Upon subscription or payment for a Service Package:

• If you cancel before we submit your request, you may receive a full refund.
• If we have already submitted documents on your behalf, fees for our work are prorated based on the stage completed. The remaining portion is refunded.
• You may transfer your service entitlement to another party by notifying us in writing prior to submission.
• Certain expedited or premium submissions incur third-party fees. These are non-refundable due to deadlines imposed by local authorities. We will inform you before you commit.

5. Digital Guides (Info Products)

Digital Guides are delivered electronically upon payment. Once downloaded or access credentials are provided, they cannot be returned. If you experience technical issues in accessing content, we will provide assistance or an alternative file. No refunds are offered for uninterrupted access or fully delivered digital materials.

You may transfer your license to use a Digital Guide to another person by notifying us within 7 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed.

6. Physical Kits (Goods)

Physical Kits may be ordered through the Site. You may return unopened kits within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Returned items must be sent to our address. We recommend obtaining proof of mailing.

Kits that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be refunded.

7. Payment Processing

All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. We use third-party processors to handle payments. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times depend on your provider, typically within 10 business days after approval.

8. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. For Service Packages, Digital Guides, and Physical Kits, please review Sections 4–6 above for eligibility. If you believe you qualify for a refund, submit a request via our contact form with your order details. Approved refund amounts are issued promptly to the payment source. No cash refunds are provided.

9. Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings—such as expedited filings or bookings subject to strict deadlines—are non-refundable once confirmed. This is due to commitments we make on your behalf and costs incurred from local agencies or carriers. We will clearly label these options before you finalize your purchase.

10. Changes to Terms

RefundGatePro may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
